City of Blood follows the life of Theo Vardi, a young man born into the chaotic and brutal streets of Vardani, a city overrun by violence and corruption. In the 1990s, the country is gripped by lawlessness, where the lines between survival and crime are blurred, and teenagers dream of becoming ruthless criminals.
At the age of 13, Theo is already caught in the web of street violence, petty theft, and violent showdowns.
