The premise of this story is captivating and original with lots of potential to be expanded in both past and future. Would love to find out how exactly the Mediterranean man got into the Tsarievich feet in the first place. The writing is well balanced, alternating between descriptions of the historical landscape at the time and concise and easy to read narration.
