Decent novel, but it just feels emotionless. Like it's got the op mc, decent use of his cheat, etc, but he's emotionless and his surroundings are emotionless. It just seems like there's no point to him powering up. Dropped on ch86
Great book just reviewing it again, I love the story. So far likrable character, fun idea for a system definitely a must read! I all can say is not enough chaps

He hated himself for letting her feel that way and promised never to abandon her again
By now i memorized the way to Lola's ''secret spot'', she brings me here almost everyday. I can tell she feels safe there, like she can hide and not worry about anyone finding her. I feel that too.
The boy looks at me with terror as he can't keep up with my speed, holding his charge he tried his best to face me, and before long starts spinning around aimlessly when I finally decided to strike. The burning sensation that coated me suddenly released to the youth as I chop off his entire right arm along with half of his weapon and eating his arm in the process as it flew before I land infront of him with my back turn as I chew slowly looking back at him.
