lets keep it short, as this novel does not deserve any longer review. first reincarnation or two were quite enteresting, but it goes downhill. interesting idea wasted by unbelievable world, no real character development and no really interesting plot.

Currently my favourite active book. I am a big fan of all the Er Gen works and Pursuit of Truth does not fail to deliver. Containing the mystery and flavour of Er Gen's I Shall Seal The Heavens and the doom and gloom of Renegade Immortal, Er Gen has succeeded in creating a book that in the future can proudly stand at the forefront of the Chinese Immortal Genre. The book cover and title popped up on my recommended list as soon as I opened the app. I wasn't planning on reading it, but I just glossed over the summary, and the dust bunny line made me chuckle. So, I decided to read chapter one. I haven't stopped reading and laughing since. I'm still in the first 20 chapters, but so far, so good. I recommend it.
