They kidnap Cheng Min and reveal that he is not the true heir of the Cheng family. A human servant, who had previously served Cheng Min, performs a ritual that transfers the inheritance to the real heir, Cheng An. Cheng Min is exposed as a fake young master, having occupied the position of the true heir for nineteen years. The Cheng family head, rather than punishing Cheng Min, offers him a choice: return to his biological parents from the Lower City or stay in the family under diminished status. Cheng Min is sent to Deni Star on a spaceship, accompanied by a young human servant named Xiao Yu. During the journey, Cheng Min reflects on his past behavior and the loss of his status. The marriage alliance falls through when the fourth young master of the Ji family dies unexpectedly. The Cheng Family Head then cuts ties with Cheng Min, providing him with a small villa on the outskirts of Deni Star and instructing him never to return. Cheng Min is left alone with Xiao Yu, stripped of his wealth, power, and noble identity. As he settles into his new, modest life, he begins to feel the absence of Xiao Chi, the soul mate who was the only constant in his turbulent existence. The story concludes with Cheng Min facing an attack on his new home, signaling that his past troubles are not yet over and that his relationship with Xiao Chi remains unresolved.
