After Picking Up a Little Fortune Star, the Whole Family’s Prosperity Went Wild

The maidservant, moved by pity, places the infant in a wooden basin and sets it adrift. As the story progresses, the second branch attempts to sabotage the third branch by setting animal traps at their doorstep to catch poultry. However, the plan backfires when Feng Shi accidentally triggers a trap and catches a wild rabbit instead. The eldest branch, hiding nearby, is forced to watch as their scheme benefits their rivals. Feng Shi takes the rabbit and her daughter to the city to sell goods, hitching a ride with the Village Chief. In the city, they encounter a noble person who is struck by Little Nuobao's extraordinary beauty and demeanor. The narrative highlights the stark contrast between the third branch's rising prosperity and the second branch's escalating misfortunes, driven by the expelled misfortune spirits returning to their original targets.

The story direction follows Little Nuobao's integration into the Jiang family and her subtle use of her powers to protect and uplift them.
