He was burning from embarrassment.  The idea of marrying someone as beautiful as the lady in red is very wonderful but he can't accept that someone with ordinary looks as him would be marrying the lady with a countenance that could bring down the nation.

Rather than transmitting why dont you just write about a normal mc beginning? I dun see any relation to mc having a past life, the having to go through the puberty second time doesnt cut it...

The monster roared, adjusting to its new body. It brandished its horrible, misshapen claws. It stomped forward, snapping its deformed jaw as it stomped forward. Ares growled as he pulled on Xavier's wings, forcing them to flap with his will. The two minds that controlled them fought each other, twitching randomly as Xavier attempted to flap them wildly and Ares tried to bring them to order.

Pretty good. It's a bit off on how they write it but otherwise .... it's pretty good.

I clicked this book out of curiosity because it's about the apocalypse and guess what? I'm SO glad that I read this! Jannah's relationship with her sister is amazing and their worries for each other is. ❤️  It's kind of rare to see sisters in books nowadays. It's always about how the sister ruins the mc, but this one? It was very clear that they love each other! And I'm a sucker for that! What's more? It's the apocalypse!
