100 years from now the protagonist, Destory (Des) Ashe was born as a boy with cat ears.
As it just so happens, Des also seems to have the ability to see the unknown. He's haunted by the night, he constantly sees spirits.
Des decides to use his ability to help put the spirits to rest, he solves their cases. With the help of his uncle, (a washed up detective) and his friend (a famous magician) Destory racks up several cases and becomes quite famous himself at a young age.
Unfortunately, he can't seem to solve the most important case, the one involving the infamous cursed object, the Widow's Pocket Watch. Destory has been haunted by the demonic spirit that accompanies said pocket watch.
