Despite their three-year relationship, Wanda Lane couldn't manage to win Theo Grant's affection. After enduring countless hardships, humiliation, and injustice in their marriage, Wanda made a firm decision to move on. With a heavy heart, she presented him with a divorce agreement, stating, "Since our love has vanished, let's end this marriage." To her surprise, following their divorce, she discovered she was expecting a child. One day, as Wanda attended a prenatal checkup, her ex-husband, Theo, unexpectedly crossed her path. He approached her in quick strides, halting her exit from the restroom. In a cautious tone, he asked, "Who's the father of the child?" Maintaining a faint smile, Wanda reassured him, "Rest assured, Mr. Grant, it's not yours."

I know I already said this in my previous comment but I truly can't stress enough how bad chapters 128, 129 and 130 are. The author isn't anywhere near as clever as he thinks he is. The way those chapters play out is more ridiculous than a parody yet they are played straight. I honestly just had to laugh at some points that I had ever taken this novel seriously.
