Tasked with a quest that would save his family, Max cannot fail -- even if it means waking up in an unfamiliar future and battling against alien magical creatures.
But fighting against the now rampant magical creatures is the least of his problems, for in order to survive, the humans have returned to their more savage primal instincts.
To complete his quest, Max must sacrifice his principles and humanity in order to survive in this dog-eat-dog world.
