This story takes place in a land not known to us. A land where magic flows through and into all of it's inhabitants. Those with an abundant amount of magic were called "Envoys of Magic" or Envoys for short. Though all living things had magic in them, very few actually possessed enough to manipulate it. Our story's protagonist is one of those people. Ata Daijon was born in a small village in the outskirts of civilization. Having loving parents and a high aptitude for magic at a young age, he was destined for greatness. That all changes with an unfortunate encounter with the god of death, Chiwa. We follow our protagonist through his journey for vengeance and thirst for power as he goes on his quest to slay the gods.
