Nah man system as a genre is set for cringe and cliché, the idea itself is not bad as it definitely has some advantages but authors milk it in every way possible with 0 originality it give them the right not to think of their plot.
There are some exception to this as some authors try to be original, but man it sadden to see 99% of novels nowdays are just copy paste of each other with different color here is steal system there is copy system, its giving leeway for others no to think and make dogshit tier novels that brainroted people read anyway, sadden me that some authors got insane potential but alas they just go on this dogshit trend and kill their own thinking and talent.
Shadow slave as an exemple does this exceptionally well it gives everybody a system equally and what each can achieve is on them and also the fact it make it easier for the reader to understand skills abilities ect...

heyy author! aren't you going to complete axel and xena's story first? why have you started Asher's story here?

The chapters are really fine, I'm enjoying it

Excellent series and another great book. Looking forward to the next book.
