After uniting the planet upon which Benera dwelled, the Imperator abdicated his throne to his son Augustus. One day, he is introduced with a choice to exceed his limits. He accepts. This brings him to the world called the Ascension system. He is quickly placed in a situation that will test his limits. The struggle for Ascension has begun.
