The Helmholtz academy, a prestigious school for youth to learn about magic, martial arts and combat skills decides to begin several new fine arts electives in an effort to inculcate etiquette in its students. However, not all is at it seems! The new music teacher is a delinquent good for nothing! Or is he? Not everything as it seems as plots and schemes take deep root behind the scenes and this delinquent teacher who can't stick to a single name teaches an unnecessary music course in an unconventional manner while taking down any plots that threaten to ruin his new hobby!
