Marrying the charismatic son of her boss for a staggering ten million dollars seemed like an obvious decision for Leia. With her mother's declining health and the need for funds for her treatment, the thought of a quick financial solution appealed. Love wasn't part of the equation, just a mutual agreement between two adults. However, things took an unexpected turn. As the months passed, emotions crept in, and the contract marriage felt more profound than anticipated. In her heart, Leia found herself entangled, despite the initial intentions. She believed women like her were simply after wealth, and that's exactly how Christian, with his initial distrust, saw her. He agreed to the arrangement, believing it was easier than risking vulnerability. His past experiences had left him convinced that women only desired his money, not his heart. Their mutual dislike was based on these misconceptions. Yet, when their paths crossed, they discovered a different side of each other. The stakes went beyond just Leia's heart; Christian's was at risk too. Would this arranged marriage turn out to be a burden or a hidden blessing for both of them? The question hung in the air as their lives intertwined.

Novel is good if you are here second guessing whether to read or not. The story reveals itself slowly throughout as things come together and leave you guessing. The author most definitely did their research before each arc as everything was nice to read about and did not seem made up like a lot of stories. Some arcs did get a little slow but you could skim through them and you'll be fine. Translation does drop a little toward 65~70% of the novel, I think it's a different translator but it's still readable and not the end of the world. All and all its a good novel and it will not waste your time.

Not sure if this is useful for anyone, but I thought it would be nice to share anyway. If you have recently read all 41 chapters of the manhwa and now you want to start reading the novel then head over to chapter 60 “Holy Knight Georgic (1)”. It starts off exactly where the 41th chapter ended. Have a wonderful day.
