Speechless [Dropped]

Emil Schmidt has walked through a doorway in an unassuming library in an unremarkable town. He finds himself lost, very very lost.

Most curious of all, his words don't work quite like he remembers. His speech is magic.

This is my first work. I am not much of a writer, even as a hobby. But for once I have an idea that has been brewing for a long time, and nobody seems to be using the premise. So I feel it is my job to get the idea out there, and hopefully a better writer picks it up and runs with it. Don't expect greatness. Don't even expect followup chapters. It would be a miracle if I wrote more than two chapters for this.
