The final day dawned on the Empire of the Gods. Since time immemorial, the Gods have ruled the world of Terra through the Conduits. The Prime Conduit sits on the Mortal Throne and guides the faithful of the Empire. Those who survived tell their descendents of the warm morning breeze the day of the Collapse. Nobody still living knows why the Empire itself fell, but oral traditions passed down by those who survived claim that the Conduits and their followers all vanished in a huge flash of sound and light which levelled all of their cities and outposts. Overnight, the greatest country in the world was gone. Many kingdoms and empires have tried to emulate their predecessors, but none have succeeded.

In the five thousand years since the Collapse, the various races that survived the destruction of the Empire have spread out and reclaimed vast swathes of territory, although some regions remain uninhabited due to the dangers that lie in waiting. However, strange beasts and figures have been sighted in countries all across the world. Mystifying events unable to be explained by conventional knowledge have been recorded in far greater numbers than before. Is this a sign of secret works by various kingdoms, or a symptom of a greater danger still to come?

the villains need to be punished before ending, n want good ending for the Mr nice guy Dean. Mark deserves the pains for his arrogance. its expensive but want the author to give a satisfying endings.
