Awful, it pretty much can serve as an example of what not to do when writing.Instead of the protagonist exploring the new world and its possibilities, we get pages full of rambling. That's like sitting in front of a bunch of Lego and rambling on about what you could build instead of actually building something.I absolutely love system novels but... we have a supposed nerd as protagonist that doesn't get annoyed as fuck from having to confirm pick up for every single item? This could have been used to portrait him as more human, with him ranting and raving about it, trying to argue etc with the system. Could have been a page filler and running gag, with him arguing with the system in the midst of conversations etc. Could have been used in so many ways..
