At the edge of the city, just before the slums, there is a repair shop that is ran by a single female Lander. She's been there for a decade, and unlike her counterparts in the slums, she leads a diligent life, repairing broken things of all kinds. The repair shop does not have a name, and there are no significant infrastructure to reference the shop's location. However, it is built in a wide clearing where the roads cross, and at night, the stars shine brightly on the sky above. So when people need to tell others about the Lander's repair shop, they just say it is the repair shop under the stars.
