In the initially affected areas of the Beta Event, most of the things are already turned into plant and forest, cars, buildings, roads etc. But it looks like the seeds that not affect the other plants or forest. After some research, the scientist came to the conclusion that the seeds only affects the thing that does not have this new energy in them. That is the reason that they are not affecting the forest or other plants.
