People who live there, live in peace, complacency, and ignorance of the war outside for the rest of their lives.

When a group of teenagers from Inner State were drugged during a party, learning immediately that they were framed, and ended up being sent in a rehabilitation facility with hidden agendas, Kitty and her best friend, Glen, desperately fight back to escape and find out who set them up.
