Calvin approached Emily unsteadily, a mischievous grin adorning his face. Even as he shuffled, a subtle smile lingered on his lips. Once he stood directly in front of her, he posed the question, "Would it be inappropriate if I changed clothes in our private quarters, considering we're now married?"
Stopping just inches from Hasna, Calvin maintained eye contact without averting his gaze. He playfully teased, "After all, being naked around each other is acceptable between husband and wife, isn't it?" He then gently tugged Emily's hands away from her face, despite her request for silence.
Emily insisted, "I'm not ready yet, Calvin. Can you please quiet your...eagle first?" She emphasized the term, correcting him on the name of their cherished heirloom weapon.
Calvin chuckled, defending the honor of his beloved eagle, "Ah, that's Emily's eagle, not a finch. It's a symbol I've protected for 29 years, after all." Encouraging her further, he urged, "Now, come on, let's see my magnificent eagle!"
