In a heart-wrenching turn of events, imagine if the spoiled young woman Luna were to unexpectedly find herself bound to the man responsible for the tragic loss of her parents. A terrible accident, brought about by Sam, led to the fulfillment of Luna's father's final request – their marriage. Both entered into this union with a mutual understanding, striving to ease the lingering guilt that plagued their souls.
Sam, determined to make amends, began to gently reach out to Luna, hoping to win her affection over time. The question remains: would their paths lead to genuine love, or would their complicated past ultimately keep them apart? As their story unfolds, will Sam's efforts be enough to conquer the walls Luna has built around her heart?
to be honest, the English in the story is awful, sometimes there's a female pronoun when it's supposed to be male, some sentences straight up don't make sense and sometimes the punctuation is off
The author clearly is a typical racist chinese but since his the author he tjrows this to the other people, dont even know how life in america works like everyone calls you asian on first meeting hahaha. Just skip reading the racist chapters.
Id be lying to say it got better. To much tell, not enough show.
Ultimately the plot the author us writing is pretty compelling. But the MC is vain d*ckh**d with a major inferiority complex. I would love the series with a more level headed MC and a bit better accompanying writing.
