A girl, unnamed and recalling only fragments of her past lives and their unhappy endings, awakens once more in a new life. Determined to avoid those tragic conclusions again, she faces a significant challenge: she remembers little about her previous existences or the current one she's in. She doesn't know who the girl whose body she now inhabits is, or even where she is.
What she does know comes from the Sergeant, someone from her past who taught her survival skills. Armed with the Sergeant's knowledge, her resolve, and the power of the holy light within her, she embarks on a journey to build a life in the modern world.
First, though, she needs to learn basic skills like reading and many others. Knowledge of futuristic military weapons and gear doesn't seem very useful here—yet.
