Begins slightly before MC starts having thoughts of opening a restaurant. He gathers fund, this, that, etc by the help of his parents. Then he gathers all of the unsolvable problems and vents it by cooking. Then a dragon appears in the sky flying leisurely. Dragon is there because it just awakened from it's slumber and it wants to see how the world has become and because plot. The smell from the food reached it, it's attracted, it goes down to eat the food, and plot moves. This & that happens and now MC & Dragon are friends-with-benefits! Dragon is female but MC doesn't know it until later volumes. MC would feed the dragon and dragon would protect him & his family. It also gives MC stuffs like a fridge, something similar to a stove, etc. Else how could the MC find those somewhat-advanced stuffs.
