If It's an Old Dragon, It Can Be Beaten With Bare Hands, but Isn't This Common Sense? (Astonished) - Reviews

The premise of the story is absolutely great, enough to make it a top ranker. Not suitable for Sci-fi purists, because it exists under the pemise of 'what if a cultivation world never discovered cultivation and went the tech route instead'. Too bad the pacing gets so horrible that occasionally you can skip 10 or so chapters of self-reflection and pondering without missing anything, because it will be covered in a follow-up pondering session. There are also a lot of lengthy infodumps that become relevant tens if not hundreds of chapters later. Honestly, the story needs an editor who is not afraid to whip out the axe and cut the unnecessary content. Oh, and don't get me started on the romance department, it's a truly cringeworthy horror story, at least when it gets to the first girl he goes steady with, because PoRnHuB has better love stories than that, and so do some harem fanfics and novels. Would've been way better if she remained an ice queen forced to stick by the mc due to circumstance while still set in her own ways and culture, with the mc putting in a whole lot of effort to tame her, slowly working his way into her heart.

It was a fine book but honestly I’m just writing this review for the fast pass to read another but it was really great and entertaining to watch.

League of legend type of novel and I don't think it's a great read... Shocking that it's having 60chapter instead of 0 like always.. Anyway, good job and good luck.. Not my cup of tea..

first of all, it's a gorey story, so not for the faint of heart. The story is written in a way that it really captures your attention; it is immersive. The dialogues aren't just there to fill paper but are actually enjoyable. The main character has his own complexities but has never strayed from the path he's chosen.This isn't time pass material, you'll have to really sit down for this one. All in all, I recommend it to the lovers of antagonistic/cold blooded MCs.

I love the character dialogue and I'm excited to see how the story is developing. Everything fits within the setting and you can tell that it's very well thought out. There needs to be more romance ...:p

Here's an honest review: The novel is great and I believe it will quench everyone's thirst for adventure. It's a little rushed at first but everything settles after just a few chapters. It's a good book and I hope you all like it :).

I’m a dude, never read yuri before… but this novel is honestly a heck ton of fun to read
