See title. A guy gets sent to another world then isn't a guy anymore.
It is first and foremost a gender bender romance story, and there isn't too much focus on action. There is some country building, but I don't really know my stuff that well so it might seem half-baked. Also, some of the characters could be described as OP, but it's not portrayed in a show-case way, and is even somewhat glossed over, so... yeah. This story is basically trash on all fronts. Give it a chapter though, and by then you'll know whether or not it's for you. Also, should I put a harem tag??? It's the true reverse harem.
