The manga has the exact same name and here is the Japanese name "Kenja No Deshi Wo Nanoru Kenja"

I guess the term is kinda old, come from japanese and it's not widely spread for whom start reading BL nowadays. I learn in 2014 and there was a lot of content with shounen ai, yaoi and lemon at that time...  *(Shoujo ai, Yuri are for Gl)*

The best thing about this novel is that the pets actually have a distinct personality, as well as the emojis

I am hoping that she ends up with a certain Black-haired Red-eyed humanoid… and that it strengthens her family. Also, that her bestie ends up with her brother. I could care less about the CP.
