Konoe Touta is a teenager who lives on Whale Island with a woman named Yukihime who took care of him after his parents died in a car accident. But one day, they are attacked by a bounty hunter, which changes Touta's life and forces him to leave Whale Island and explore the unknown world ahead of him.
