it's says "wow im impressed larisa is already a top surgeon of john hopkins hosp in united states, now making names in california." lol bec in early chapters she's in another country united states and going back home in california. it shld be in john hopkins hosp in baltimore, maryland. not US

confused tho, why is it always unites states? it's like we live in the united state, but im going home in my country california? like whaattt??? so california is a country now? lol. im having a migraine

The author has the most sh*tty lines of any kind, in my opinion. It is also worth noting that he simply cannot give normal motivation, only a return to family.
Not to mention getting into sh*tty situations where you can just ignore and develop.
I quit this cr*p because at ~260 it again has problems with the base that the author created to add f*ck*ng drama. He will also solve them with some kind of artifact from the bushes.

tbh thats a good novel too just the start as u said the mc is kinda pathetic
