Great read

Overall, I enjoyed this book with the story of the Graysons &the central story of Isabelle & Shawn. The plot line for them did improve from book 1. It could use some better proofreading & attention to grammar. The Nathaniel kidnapping Stephi bordered on absurd, so basically skimmed that.

Klein also kind of gets lucky with how quick they are to assume positive stuff about him. One of the characters hears him mention some fallen god and immediately assumes Klein must be a god as well because Klein “spoke casually”

It's okay☺️ You're right tho about it being a Filipino language. It's called cebuano. It basically translates to "Relying on the story being good, if it wasn't?"

Context is me being frustrated over the cliff-hanger and thus I jokingly gave a low-key threat lol?

This book is so well written I feel like marrying it. I binge-read all of it and now I'm here craving for more Kat and Calix. Amazing.
