Just after the dark ages, humanity only recovered only 1/4 of its former land. in order to prevent the demons from attacking again humanity build a wall separating them from the demons.
after finishing the wall, generations passed, humanity, with the help of other races, slowly healed, what happened in the past was slowly forgotten, humanity tasted peace once again.
but even after the struggles and hardships, some people never change, there will always be people consumed by greed.
