As El "Isabel" Watson pursued a sales position during her job interview, she never imagined a mishap involving a jelly donut or her stern interviewer's unexpected dismissal. Despite the setback, she坚信 accountants could excel in sales, even if her former boss didn't see it that way. A serendipitous encounter at a local wine festival presented an opportunity for El to转变职业道路, and she eagerly seized it. In her newfound excitement, she began texting with the charming man who had danced with her at the event, feeling like life was finally turning around. Unbeknownst to El, Chad's friend Boston had playfully shared Chad's number with the festival attendee, leading to a misunderstanding. When El mistakenly believed she was connecting with Chad, Boston couldn't bring himself to break her heart by revealing the truth. However, there were some crucial facts he hadn't disclosed: 1. He was actually her new boss. 2. She had accepted a job at his mother's prestigious winery. 3. He harbored a secret crush on her. Though their roles had shifted from grump and employee to colleagues at the winery, the attraction between them continued to grow, especially through their text conversations. Yet, tensions were inevitable when the truth about their connection would inevitably come to light. Will Boston confess his role in those flirty texts, or will El uncover the truth on her own, realizing she's been "Texting With the Enemy"?

the chapters are chopped up because the original novel is like VERY LONG and the translator ( i think ) kinda chopped up the novels into chapter 1. 2
chapter 1. 3 ( something like this )
so that the translator won't have a hard time translating it.
