Emerald was cherished and embraced by every member of her family, except for two who harbored deep resentment since her birth. They despised her mother, a fae, and her parents, aware of the animosity, sought refuge for Emerald with Alpha Jason, a powerful and influential leader of the largest pack in California. A magical spell cast by Emerald's mother safeguarded both the pack and her, though their true connection remained unknown - Emerald was destined to be mated with Jason's twin sons, Devon and Nate. Unbeknownst to all, Emerald's envious relatives plotted to hand her over to the rogue Alpha Connor, who sought her unique powers to bolster his own ambitions. Despite growing up under Alpha Jason's protection, Emerald couldn't comprehend why she was inexplicably drawn back to his territory. Now, a new era had begun; Connor's son Ryder had taken over as Alpha, but there was an unforeseen threat - the Vampire King had caught wind of Emerald and desired her as his queen, believing she would grant him unparalleled power. Reunited with her mates, but struggling with self-doubt, Emerald yearned for happiness and love amidst these challenges. Would she ever find contentment amidst the numerous obstacles standing in her way?

Such a great book!

Great story and I've been caught up for days, but the latest chapters have been too short to be satisfying. I might have to wait catch up once weekly.

Also, somehow, even though I unlocked every single chapter previously,  I think last week, they have now all been closed back off to me.

It starts off great but, after a while, it just becomes a giant history book with entirely too much detail. It progresses really slowly and while I'm a fan of background info, there's just too much and it's on some really insignificant stuff. It's a wasted week waiting on a chapter of useless, nonprogressive information that doesn't help the story at all.

Yea it's good read for about 400 chapter. One of the best slice of life academy novel for sure.
