A Cursed Child - a person who was born with a disability that can neither be explained nor cured by the laws of our world. This "Curse" as they called it, could also temporarily afflict the people around the Cursed Child's surroundings.
Twenty years ago, the emergence of these children born with curses sent the whole world into disarray, with every following year the frequency of being born with a curse increasing. Today, some cities enforce special rules to protect the rights of these Cursed Children, providing them ways to be on equal footing with commonfolk, while discouraging them from afflicting others with their curse.
This is the story of Lina, a 16 y/o high school student, who moves to a city where these special rules govern the citizens, and her encounters with Cursed Children.
