All he felt was pain, but not from the leg itself, just the part above the break. Tears were streaming down his face as he realized he would never walk again. Even worse, the being of fire was growing closer.

Guys when I say the author is a master of crafting a scene with descriptive language, I truely do mean it. The world and characters are also just really well paced; not too fast for you to digest. This story reminds me a bit of berserk and frieren. Just a good vibe with well balanced action as well as slice of life dialogue banter moments. Keep it up author! Amazing work.
