After an untimely death caused by "bus-kun," Kūga Seiryu finds himself in the presence of Kami, who offers him a second chance at life in a world of his choosing. Opting for the Naruto universe, he wishes for the unique power of Aether, bestowed as the kekkei genkai Kūseiton (Aether Release).
Born nearly a hundred years before the original timeline during the era of Madara and Hashirama, Kūga faces tragedy early in life as he loses his mother at birth and his father, Raiken, to a debilitating illness when he is just ten years old. Raised in seclusion, he learns the basics of chakra and the mysteries of Aether from his father, preparing him for a world fueled by power and conflict.
