This novel is pretty good compared to most of the basic cultivation type novels out there. I barely ever find writing mistakes, and the ones I do notice aren't all that bad. The world background is your typical run of the mill cultivation world with different planes and all that mumbo jumbo, but that's perfectly fine. The characters are well fleshed out, especially our protagonist, Yaan. Unfortunately, some characters feel very forced with their goals, which makes them very bland and rather hard to read through. all in all, the novel is a must-read if you enjoy action-packed cultivation novels with quite a lot of thought behind it.
