It was loud, ridiculously loud. Any normal person would expect the sound to have the capability of ruthlessly piercing and tearing one's eardrums. Yet, the loudness of the bell slowly seemed to form a melody that was gentle on the ears. It brought with it a calm that soothed any and all quaking panic.
