The main restaurant, formerly a small shop renamed Su Ji Shifu (Su Ji Food Hall). It featured a luminous ceiling, a central pond with koi, rosewood tables, embroidered screens, private rooms upstairs, and a revolutionary food lift mechanism. The calligraphy on the plaque was written by top scholar Shen Yan.
