A newly built house of the Su family with a wide open courtyard, three main rooms at the front with a wooden-pillared porch, three tiled rooms on each side, a smaller room along the west wing, and a kitchen to the east. The family moved in after days of hard work. A large lotus jar stood at the center of the courtyard.
