A kingdom whose Second Prince Da Xi'an leads a tribute delegation to Tianyao. It is referred to as Chaoyang, described as a land of outstanding people and spirit. The kingdom sends valuable tributes including jade Buddha statues, snow lotuses, silk brocade, and medicinal herbs.
