One of the top three state-owned factories in Jiangcheng, famous nationwide for producing tractors and diesel engines. It is part of the Three Iron Oxen of Huaguo along with Changchun Tractor Factory and Tianjin Tractor Factory. The factory provides comprehensive facilities including dormitories, cafeterias, nursery, elementary school, middle school, hospital, grain and oil store, and sports court.
