Peifu's three-story library building in the front courtyard. Named for its towering height and open view, making it an excellent spot for admiring snow in winter. Houses countless books including rare editions. Usually peaceful except in winter when mansion residents visit to enjoy the scenery. Xie Zhi was transferred here to work after the ink punishment incident.
