The city appeared utterly devastated with thick black smoke rising everywhere, countless collapsed buildings, streets swarming with monsters, and wrecked vehicles littering roads. Despite the devastation, Chaoyang noted people were still moving at major intersections and the city had plenty of supplies and adventurers.
