A government-protected safe zone formerly known as the Canglang Military Base. It was converted from a top-secret military base into a civilian protection area. It has communication towers, solid infrastructure, and a massive gate with priority entrance for special teams like the Frost Squad. Inside the safe zone, the military maintains order and killing someone is punishable by death.
