The original creator of the song Silent Tides. He came from a poor family but was brilliantly creative. He secretly ghostwrote for his classmate Shen Liwen, who then plagiarized one of Wang's songs, slightly modified it, and submitted it to Qinghuan Studio. Wang eventually exposed the plagiarism when prompted by someone who promised Shen Liwen would not interfere with his studies during the album's peak popularity.
