The owner of Youfu Hotel located at No. 325, Liuhe Street in town. He is a fat, greasy middle-aged man who engaged in unfair competition by stopping passing customers and handing out flyers to divert them from the Immortal's Rest Inn. He falsely reported Zhao Xing's guesthouse and attempted to live-stream the inspection to damage its reputation, but instead ended up doing free advertising for his competitor. His own hotel was found to have sanitation violations including overflowing kitchen waste.
