A man from the Zhang family who ran a fur shop in Changshui County. He was around the same age as Gao Meiren and had a secret affair with her. He lied to his family about going north for business, stayed in Jing City near the Imperial Temple, and died after falling from Huangmiao Mountain. His body was found in a ditch with his face badly damaged.
